Step 2:  Fill out the form below and we will notify you by e-mail when your wholesale account has been approved.

Step 3: FAX (1.303.646.2414) or email (orders@blinginit.com) a copy of your tax certificate or business license with a cover letter with your name, company name, e-mail address and other pertinent information.

When you log in you will see the same web pages, however the prices will now be wholesale.
