Custom Design Terms & Conditions
Custom Quotes: We will re-create EXACT artwork and provide you with a fax or email sample of the design with pricing.
You will receive a quote in 1-5 days depending on the complexity of the design. Designs that are complex will require more time.
Artwork Specifications: Artwork may be submitted by fax, emailed (in following format- jpg, gif or bmp format) or by US mail. Included with your artwork we must have height, width and specific colors of artwork before we will start on the custom design. To achieve the ultimate effect, artwork may require revisions. Blingin It must receive confirmation for design approval and payment before we can start processing any orders.
Order Confirmation: Upon artwork approval and order confirmation, payment in full is required for us to begin processing orders. Blingin It accepts the following payments- VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS, (money order/cashiers check), Paypal or bank wire are accepted forms of payment. *For money order/cashiers check orders require a 7-10 day hold before orders are processed.
Lead Time: Quotes: 1-5 business day per design, depending on complexity of design and quantity of designs sent.
Orders: 1-10 business days after artwork and order approval, depending on quantities and payment is received. Any additions after the order has been placed will be put on a separate order and shipped separately with separate shipping charges.
Please contact us for lead time on large quantity orders.
"RUSH" Orders:
If you are need of your order sooner than 1-10 business days, adding an additional 2-3 days for delivery, a Rush service is available. A 20% surcharge of the order will be billed for "rush" orders. Any upgrade of rush delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation: All orders are considered firm when placed. If an order is canceled before it has been processed, 50% will be refunded. 50% of the order total will be retained as payment for “work in progress”.
Returns/Claims:
Hotfix transfers: There is NO REFUND for custom or stock transfer motifs. All sales are final upon placing your order. If you request an exchange for stock transfers only, shipping charges will be billed on the replacement order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All work is quality controlled before leaving Blingin It. Damage may occur during shipping and it is the responsibility of the customer to request insured shipping if desired for an additional charge. Blingin It holds no responsibility if damaged during shipping.
Apparel Order Returns: Custom apparel orders cannot be returned.
Blingin It does not warranty or guarntee any of our products heat pressed on any screen print materials.
Wholesale Discounts: To receive wholesale pricing, fax in your business license or apply online for a wholesale account. After all required information has been submitted, you will be notified that your wholesale account has been activated.
General Information
Freight & Taxes: All prices exclude taxes. If you are doing business in Colorado, you must have a reseller’s certificate on file with Blingin It. If you do not have a reseller’s certificate there will be a sales tax of 3.9% collected. All shipping/handling charges will be paid by customer and same will be reflected in invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Indemnification: Customer warrants that they have the legal right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold Blinginit It harmless in any infringement actions as a result of reproducing the artwork.
Legal Notice: Purchase of a design(s) is a license to "use" (re-sell design or apply to garment or other object) for personal or resale use. No other permission is written or implied. Duplication, reproduction or changing of design(s) is prohibited! Blingin It reserves the right to change the Terms of Use without notice.
